HOW DO I GET TO LA ROCA?
By car:
There are two main transport routes that pass through the municipal district of La Roca del Vallès:
- The AP-7 (take the Granollers exit if you are coming from the south – Barcelona – or the Granollers E. – Mataró if you are coming from the north -Girona/France-)
- The C-60, which links the municipality with the coast-Mataró- (in the Maresme region).
By bus:
There are several interurban bus lines from La Roca del Vallès, specifically:
- Line: Mataró-Granollers,
- Line: Barcelona-Granollers-Llinars,
- Line: Granollers-Centre Penitenciari Quatre Camins (Quatre Camins Penitentiary),
- Line: Barcelona-La Garriga (N72)
- Line: El Masnou (Av. Kennedy)-Granollers.

As for the trains, there is no railway station within the municipality; the nearest stations are those in Granollers (RENFE):
- Granollers-Centre (line C2-St. Vicenç de Calders-Barcelona-Maçanet),
- Granollers-Canovelles (line C3- L’Hospitalet-Barcelona-Vic)
- Les Franqueses-Granollers Nord (line C2-St. Vicenç de Calders-Barcelona-Maçanet)
